How I can help

Your experience makes sense in context.

Therapy can be a place to understand the many pieces of your experience—without judgment, pressure, or a one-size-fits-all agenda.

01

Trauma & nervous system

Make space for what your body has been carrying, at a pace that respects your capacity, safety, and choice.

02

Addiction & change

Explore patterns without shame and strengthen the resources that support meaningful, sustainable change.

03

Relationships & boundaries

Understand attachment patterns, practice clearer communication, and create more room for mutual connection.

04

Self-trust & empowerment

Reconnect with your values and inner experience so you can meet life with more clarity and choice.

My approach

The body is part of the conversation.

Insight matters—and so does what happens beneath the words. Together, we can gently notice the signals, protective patterns, and resources held in your body and nervous system.

I draw from evidence-informed and relational approaches, tailoring our work to your goals. You remain an active partner in deciding what feels useful, what feels safe, and where we go next.

Ways we may work

  • Somatic Experiencing®
  • EMDR
  • Parts work (IFS-informed)
  • Attachment & boundary work
  • CBT · DBT · ACT
  • Nonviolent Communication
  • Psychodynamic therapy
  • Humanistic, trauma-informed care

Modalities are tools, not templates. We'll choose what fits the person—not force the person to fit a method.

Getting started

A simple, low-pressure first step.

  1. 1

    Start with a conversation

Choose a complimentary 15-minute consultation and share what you're looking for—only as much as feels comfortable.

  2. 2

See whether it feels like a fit

Ask questions, talk through logistics, and get a sense of how we might work together before making a commitment.

  3. 3

    Begin at your pace

If we decide to move forward, we'll shape 75-minute sessions around your goals, needs, and capacity.

What happens in the first session?

We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope might change, and what would help you feel supported. You don't need to arrive with the perfect words or tell your whole story at once.

Do you accept insurance?

Mosaic Therapy does not bill insurance directly. A superbill can be provided if you'd like to request out-of-network reimbursement from your plan. Coverage varies, so please check with your insurer.

Are in-person and online sessions available?

Yes. In-person sessions are offered in Asheville, North Carolina, and telehealth sessions are also available. We can confirm which option is appropriate during your consultation.

What is the cancellation policy?

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when possible. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are generally not reimbursed; exceptions may be made for illness or emergencies.
