How I can help
Therapy can be a place to understand the many pieces of your experience—without judgment, pressure, or a one-size-fits-all agenda.
Make space for what your body has been carrying, at a pace that respects your capacity, safety, and choice.
Explore patterns without shame and strengthen the resources that support meaningful, sustainable change.
Understand attachment patterns, practice clearer communication, and create more room for mutual connection.
Reconnect with your values and inner experience so you can meet life with more clarity and choice.
My approach
Insight matters—and so does what happens beneath the words. Together, we can gently notice the signals, protective patterns, and resources held in your body and nervous system.
I draw from evidence-informed and relational approaches, tailoring our work to your goals. You remain an active partner in deciding what feels useful, what feels safe, and where we go next.
See if we're a fitWays we may work
Modalities are tools, not templates. We'll choose what fits the person—not force the person to fit a method.
Getting started
Choose a complimentary 15-minute consultation and share what you're looking for—only as much as feels comfortable.
Ask questions, talk through logistics, and get a sense of how we might work together before making a commitment.
If we decide to move forward, we'll shape 75-minute sessions around your goals, needs, and capacity.

Meet Benjamin
I believe meaningful therapy begins with being genuinely seen, heard, and met without judgment.
I'm a long-time Asheville resident with undergraduate training in psychology and philosophy from UNC Asheville and a master's degree from Western Carolina University. My work brings together professional training, life experience, curiosity, and a steady, compassionate presence.
I'm grateful to do this work and welcome people of every race, sexuality, identity, orientation, background, and lived experience.
